We have over 100 acres of wooded trails and open fields. Get outside and enjoy nature on one of our awesome equines. We provide horses and tack.
Beginner Trails
Beginner trails are easy trails for riders with little or no experience. We will help you with balance and safety while riding. Our horses are experts on these trails and will help you develop the confidence you need to conquer any obstacle.
Intermediate Trails
The intermediate trails are for riders that have some experience riding horses. These trails may have some obstacles that require some previous riding experience. Our horses and guides will get you through these obstacles with no problems.
Lessons on the Trail
Lessons are approximately 1 hour and include grooming, tacking, and untacking. You will learn aspects of horse care as well as riding skills. We have trails designed for learning to ride with confidence from beginner to advanced levels.
Pricing and Regulations
Guided Trail Rides
By appointment only
Horses and tack provided
Each ride will include a 10-15 minute mini lesson on basic riding skills(if needed)
1 hour: $60 per rider
2 hours: $75 per rider

Picnic Date Trail Rides
1 hour Trail Ride + Picnic: $175 per couple
2 hour Trail Ride + Picnic: $205 per couple
You bring your picnic meal and we set it all up for you at a scenic location on the trail.
We provide plates, napkins, utensils, cups and ice if needed.

3-4 hour ride: $150 per rider
The 3-4 hour ride is limited to intermediate/advanced riders. You bring drinks and snacks and we will pack them for you.

**A $15 per rider reservation fee is required.
We require atleast a 24 hour notice of cancelation in order to consider a deposit refund.

Closed toe shoes or boots required.
Signed liability waivers are required.
Helmets are available.
All serious medical conditions that may affect the rider during a ride must be disclosed before the first ride.

My adventure with horses began at a very early age with a mare named Dixie. She taught me how to ride, and how to love a horse. All the technicalities came along later. Some of her "grands" and "great grands" serve as my trail horses. We have also acquired a few other awesome horses that were no longer useful to their owners along the way. They love human interaction and affection! All of our horses are very well trained and have wonderful temperaments. We offer guided trail rides for any level riders. For the beginner or the seasoned rider, a "between the ears" viewpoint is one that will not be forgotten! Soul of Dixie was created to share the gift of the horse. That is exactly what we are doing. Come and enjoy the ride with us!
